Books That Have Been On My TBR the Longest and I Still Haven’t Read

Honestly I have way too many books that have been on my TBR for years and I still haven’t read. So, I’ve limited it to books I’ve owned for the longest time and still haven’t read (welp that’s still a lot of books). Please don’t shoot me if any of these are your favourites, I just haven’t got around to them but it will happen one day!

1. City of Heavenly Fire (Mortal Instruments #6) by Cassandra Clare: I still can’t believe I haven’t completed this series, but I do feel like the sheer size of this book keeps scaring me away. 2. Shadow and Bone series by Leigh Bardugo: A series I keep meaning to start, especially as I own all the books, but I keep forgetting about! 3. Complete the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer: Funnily enough this is one of my favourite series but I keep intending on reading the whole series again and just binging it but finding the time is difficult. 4. The Sin Eaters Daughter by Melinda Salisbury: I’ve owned this book for years and really like the sound of it but below average reviews have been putting me off it massively. 5. The Delirium Series by Lauren Oliver: Surprise, surprise another series I own all the books of and haven’t read – I still remmeber the days this was a massive book on the book blogs/booktube. 6. Slated series by Teri Terry: I bought these books years ago when I was in secondary school and from what I remember I think I got them when they were included in the ‘Buy One Get One Half Price’ dealings Waterstones used to have. 7. The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton: This is still such a highly rated book and has been compared to some of my favourite contemporaries and seeing as it’s a standalone I still can’t believe I haven’t read it yet! 8. Sweet series by Wendy Higgins: Another series that has been compared to some of my favourite books (Jennifer L Armentrouts series) and this year will be the year I read these [well hopefully]. 9. Only Ever Yours by Louise O’Neill: A book my sister ended up reading before me and still gets mad at to this day that I haven’t read. 10. The Winners Curse series by Marie Rutkoski: Yes.. I know.. Series I own are just not a thing for me it seems.
